Quiko Print Credit Policy
Effective date: 17 August 2026
1. Issuer and nature
Quiko Print Credit is a closed-loop prepaid service credit issued and centrally recorded by THE COPY HOUSE SDN. BHD. (Registration No. 202301048588 (1542502-M)) solely for eligible Quiko printing services. It is not a bank account, deposit, savings product, investment, interest-bearing balance, general payment instrument or currency. Print Agents fulfil services but do not issue, hold, transfer or cash out customer credit.
2. Reload acknowledgement
Before each online reload, the customer must actively acknowledge that Print Credit is only for Quiko printing services, is non-transferable and cannot be withdrawn or refunded as cash except where required by applicable law or expressly provided by the Quiko Printing and Refund Policy. Quiko stores the displayed statement, policy version, customer, date/time, IP address and available device information as evidence. A payment request is not created without the acknowledgement.
3. Reload and balance limits
The minimum online reload is RM10. Quick amounts may include RM10, RM20, RM30, RM50, RM80 and RM100. A custom amount must be more than RM10. The resulting paid Print Credit balance cannot exceed RM200. Limits may be reduced for risk, law or operational reasons. Unless the checkout states otherwise, the approved reload amount is credited in full; payment-processing costs are not separately withdrawable.
4. CHIP Collect posting
Reload payments are processed through CHIP Collect. Print Credit is added once only after Quiko verifies an authoritative successful payment notification and unique provider reference. Browser return pages alone do not prove payment. Pending, abandoned, rejected, expired, reversed, duplicate or unverified attempts do not add credit. Provider, bank or network delays may cause the status to remain pending while verification occurs.
5. Use and deduction
Print Credit can be used across participating Quiko kiosks for the displayed printing price and applicable tax. A ready kiosk must be selected before an order can proceed. The order amount is deducted when the customer confirms checkout. An unreleased order can be cancelled before release and automatically cancels after 12 hours, returning the full charge to the same balance. Failed and cancelled files are handled per file under the Printing and Refund Policy.
6. Restrictions
Print Credit belongs to the customer account to which it was posted. It cannot be sold, gifted, transferred, pledged, exchanged, withdrawn, used at a non-Quiko merchant or combined with another customer's balance. It cannot be used to purchase prohibited goods or obtain cash. We may restrict use while investigating fraud, chargeback, duplicate posting, account compromise, legal requirements or policy breach.
7. Test Credit
Test Credit is issued only by Quiko Main Admin for controlled system or printer testing. It is not purchased, has no monetary value and is separately recorded. Test Credit cannot be transferred, withdrawn, refunded, converted into paid Print Credit or counted as sales, tax, commission or Print Agent settlement. A TEST order uses only Test Credit; paid and Test balances cannot be combined. Unused Test Credit may be revoked and normally expires on the date displayed, currently up to 30 days. If the balance is zero, it may be hidden.
8. Returns and cash refunds
System-approved returns go only to the same balance type used. A Print Credit reload is ordinarily final and not cash-refundable because it is a prepaid printing service credit and payment-processing costs may already be incurred. This does not exclude an investigated correction required by law or for a confirmed duplicate or unauthorised payment, provider reversal, amount mismatch or system posting error. Any required bank refund follows CHIP Collect and bank procedures. Test Credit is never refundable as cash.
9. Dormancy and account closure
An account is reviewed as dormant after 365 days without qualifying activity. Dormancy does not automatically expire, erase or forfeit paid Print Credit. We may require identity verification before reactivation. Closing or deactivating an account does not convert Print Credit into cash or erase required records. Any balance that must legally be treated as unclaimed money or otherwise remitted will be handled under applicable Malaysian law rather than silently taken as income.
10. Ledger, receipts and disputes
Customers can view dated ledger entries and order receipts and should report discrepancies promptly to customerservice@quiko.com.my or +601110962069. We may correct an evident duplicate or erroneous entry with an auditable counter-entry; completed ledger history is not silently rewritten. Keep provider and Quiko references. Do not obtain both a chargeback and a credit return for the same amount.
11. Tax, changes and contact
Reloading Print Credit is separate from supply of the final printing service. Applicable printing tax is displayed and recorded according to the active tax configuration and Malaysian requirements. We may update this Policy with a new version, effective date and fresh acknowledgement where appropriate.
